The Beginner series of this Weight Loss Training program is for a client that has not been involved in a structured exercise program in a gym setting and/or for a client that is in need of a safe, effective program focused on losing weight in a comfortable environment.
Each workout in this program includes resistance exercises followed by mobilizers.
**The client should perform one set of the resistance exercise followed by performing one set of the mobilizer, then repeat before moving on to the next pair of resistance exercise and mobilizer activities.**
