The aim of the Boot Camp Fitness Instructors Course is to provide a comprehensive and practical training course for fitness professionals on the structure and practical application of circuit based training.
Day 1: 9 am - 6 pm
-Plan and demonstrate the BootCamp Fitness warm up
-Demonstrate and correct a selection of exercises
-Create; develop dynamic and challenging exercise routines
-Understand the BootCamp Fitness class structure
-Learn the BootCamp teaching style
-Marketing your class
Day 2: 10 am - 4 pm
-Advanced own body weight exercises
-Fitness testing in a class environment
Richard Morris is the co owner and master trainer for BootCamp Fitness. With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry working as a personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, fitness manager and lecturer. Richard is strength & conditioning coach to many professional athletes.
Richard Westwood is the co owner and master trainer for BootCamp fitness. With over seven years experience in the fitness industry working as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. He has gained invaluable experience training people 1:1, group training and mentoring / developing new personal trainers that enter the industry. Richard has had the opportunity to learn from some of the top fitness experts across the world.
